Why We Started Northline
After years as a real estate broker and managing my own rental properties, I saw the same problems over and over: property owners frustrated with large management companies that treated them like account numbers, hidden fees that appeared out of nowhere, and managers who never returned calls.
I started Northline to do things differently. When you work with us, you get a dedicated manager who actually knows your property—not a call center. Our pricing is transparent: 8% management fee, first placement free, no surprise charges. And when you call, we answer.
We keep our portfolio intentionally small so we can give every property the attention it deserves. That's the Northline difference.
